背痛、心口痛、椎間盤突出、心悸、消化不良….. 胸椎T8-12神經線受壓 [Eng Subtitles] ELDOA Exercises for T8-12 Nerve Impingement

如果你患上心口痛、背痛、心悸、消化不良、椎間盤突出、有可能是因為胸椎T8-12神經線受壓!大家可能不知道,胸椎神經線負責內臟器官、交感神經線、及肋骨!今次會同大家講解一下這些神經線的重要性,另外會介紹另一種減壓運動,叫做ELDOA。這個運動是由一位法國的醫生Guy Voyer所發明,用一些不同的身體位置,去令到脊椎包括椎間盤,可以減壓。

Dr. Joe 會教大家用運動方法去幫助這個情況。如果做的時候又痛又不舒服就要停,不要勉強!

In this video, Dr. Joe talked about nerve impingement of the thoracic T8-12. These nerves are responsible for the internal organs, sympathetic nerves, and the chest wall. Dr. Joe will demonstrate ELDOA exercises to relieve pain.
