Miele are now introducing sealed plastic drums into their washing machines this is stopping the consumer replacing the bearings or spider and on some cases even stopping them. Accessing the drum to remove small items of clothing that may have got lodged between the inner and outer room removing bra wires or even maintaining the machine. Is this corporate greed and the start of the downfall of a once trusted appliance brand?
