Mad Paul: Warrior of the Saharan Dunes Mhamid 80MPH Sand & Regret

ATTENTION VIEWERS: This is NOT my usual appliance repair video! While filming for the twin tub washing machine series near Mhamid, Morocco, unexpected weather stopped us in our tracks. With filming on hold, I made a spontaneous decision: take the motorbike out into the Saharan Desert towards the Algerian border. In this video, I'm sharing the breathtaking (and intense!) travel experience that followed..."Europe & North African busman's holiday."

Due to the extreme weather conditions (a powerful sandstorm), we couldn't get the twin tub repair video done. So, I decided to make the most of it and have some fun in the storm instead. They reckon the Algerian border's just round the corner. That's why I thought I'd push my luck and try to get there. The wind was blowing at about 20-30 miles an hour before I went in, but it decided to jump from 30 mph to 80 mph!
