Pandan Agar-Agar/ Jelly 班兰燕菜糕

Ingredients for pandan layer (班兰层):
2 tbsp agar-agar powder (燕菜粉)
220g caster sugar (细砂糖)
350ml pandan juice ~ 4 pandan leaves blended with 350ml water(4片班兰叶加入,350毫升水打烂)
1000ml water(水)
1 drop of green colouring (1滴绿色素)
Ingredients for coconut milk layer (椰浆层):
2 tbsp agar-agar powder (燕菜粉)
220g caster sugar (细砂糖)
850ml water (水)
2 pandan leaves, knotted (2片班兰叶,打结)
500ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
typo in the video :
** 2 tbsp agar-agar = 20g
2 汤匙燕菜粉 = 20克
** Can reduce sugar, if you don’t like sweet.
** 不喜欢吃甜的,可以自行减糖。
