There are still no charges filed in the death of Brian Sicknick, the Capitol police officer who died the day after the insurrection after trying to stop rioters from overtaking the halls of Congress. It was initially reported incorrectly that he’d been struck in the head with a fire extinguisher, and authorities are now investigating the possibility that he may have had a fatal reaction to bear spray.
