Laguna Nimez (Argentina)
Laguna Nimez es una reserva natural municipal ubicada en la localidad de El Calafate, en el departamento Lago Argentino, al sudoeste de la provincia de Santa Cruz en Argentina.
Su ubicación es en las costas del Lago Argentino y se encuentra a menos de 1000 metros del centro de la localidad de Calafate. Es un espacio recreativo y de observación de flora y fauna. Se han detectado alrededor de 80 especies de aves, lo que demuestra su importancia.
Laguna Nimez is a municipal nature reserve located in the town of El Calafate, in the department of Lago Argentino, in the southwest of the province of Santa Cruz, Argentina.
It is located on the shores of Lake Argentino and less than 1000 m from the centre of the town of Calafate. It is a recreational space and observation post for flora and fauna. Around 80 species of birds have been detected, which shows its importance.
