Line following sample with smarsbar robot

Sample line following with the smarsbar robot, based on the SMARS robot.

The SMARS robot is a 3D-printed tracked robot that is extensible with several mods available. The smarsbar robot is a mod of the robot using custom line-following module and cheap 28BYJ-48 chinese stepper motors.

The smarsbar robot uses an Adafruit Feather M0 (similar to Arduino Zero) to control two unipolar stepper driver chips and read-back two QRE1113 IR reflectance sensors for line-following. The code uses the Arduino framework.
