Barack Obama ‘accused of lying’ over 2014 Afghanistan announcement
In excerpts from a new book, Barack Obama has been “accused of lying” when he announced in 2014 that the US war with Afghanistan had reached a conclusion, according to Sky News host Alan Jones.
The book is titled ‘The Afghanistan Papers: A Secret History of the War’.
“Here we are, seven years on,” Mr Jones said.
“Facing what Greg Sheridan has called today the most comprehensive and colossal failure of western power in decades.”
