Here's three signs you're probably on the wrong diet. You hate the food. Sure, getting healthy requires some sacrifice, and you're not going to love giving up all your favorite junk foods right away. But if you hate the meals that you're eating, there's no way you're going to stick with your plan. You don't have to give up everything. Focus on finding healthy foods that you enjoy to start. Your digestion is out of whack. If you're feeling gassy, bloated, constipated, or you just find yourself running to the restroom, there's a strong chance that your diet is to blame. Pay attention to how your food choices are making you feel. Look for options that make you feel good and help keep things running smoothly. You're constantly feeling tired or weak. If it feels like your gas tank is always on empty, chances are you're either not eating enough or you're not eating enough of certain foods. Cutting your carb or fat intake really low can cause your energy levels to crash. Consider trying a more gradual cut to allow your body time to adjust, or play around with your food options until you find a macro balance that works best for you.
