What Happens When You Run 1 Mile a Day for 30 Days?
Starting May 1st I ran a mile a day for 30 days straight. Ran with the wifey as well!
It sucked in the beginning, especially being a lifter for so many years and having not ran for a majority of the past few years. It was fun getting back into it. Mid way through it definitely got easier.
I was inspired to do this by a coach I use to work with, shout out to Coach Pierre, who actually did this for a whole year!
Results: Improved my mile time by almost 2 minutes, lost a 1lb, improved my body comp and kick started my habit of doing more things outdoors instead of always lifting. Would highly recommend anyone to give it a try.
