Seated DB Curl - 4 sets of 6-8 reps (each arm)
Close Grip Bench press - 4 sets of 6-8 reps
One Arm Machine Curl - DB Skullcrusher (superset) - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Cable Extension - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Reverse EZ bar curl - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Bicep 21's - 3 sets
Overhead Extension - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
