Why I'm not eligible for FFCRA leave this summer, but you might be.

Late last week, the U.S. Department of Labor issued a Field Assistance Bulletin that covers when employees can take Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) leave based on the closure of summer camps, summer enrichment programs and other summer programs.

I recorded this short video to explain this guidance. Shamelessly, I also explain why my wife and I won't be getting any expanded FMLA leave under the FFCRA this Summer. And we're totally cool with it. #Sorrynotsorry.
