Making TRADITIONAL Oktoberfest Pork or Schweinsaxe

We have always served some sort of roasted pork at Proto Oktoberfest. This year I decided to try something new and make a German classic. Schweinsaxe is not only delicious but fairly easy to make. Hope you enjoy. Prost.
