// Pinch of Frank Ep.6 // Cheese Balls

I have always loved cheese balls. They are definitely a holdover from the 60's & 70's. Don't let that stop you from trying this recipe. Cheese balls are a delicious & versatile thing to have on hand for cocktail hours, parties or house warming gifts. Pretty much any cheese will work with these. I use pumpkin seeds because of nut allergies. Feel free to use any combo that you like.

Makes 2 small cheeseballs

8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz cheddar, shredded
1 oz blue cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
6 cloves roasted garlic
dash of hot sauce
dash of Worcestershire sauce
salt
black pepper
