Steamed Cod Fish 清蒸鳕鱼

Hi welcome to my channel! I'm a stay at home mom and these are real dishes that I cook for my family. Some are passed down from my Mom and her mom, some are mine!

My parents don't like cod fish but I love them! Besides, they are great brain food for my babies, so, win-win!

I tried doing the Hong Kong style of adding hot oil onto the cooked fish. But cod is a naturally oily fish, so it just made the whole dish too heavy and oily. Using just the usual fish soya sauce is perfect.
