Steamed Fish Steak with Soy Sauce and Ginger - Chinese Style Steamed Fish - 清蒸石斑鱼排 - 酱油生姜

This video shows you how to easily steam (Grouper) fish steaks or fillets. Recipes are demonstrated in detail for cooking two different flavors of the dish using ginger, garlic, and everyday seasonings.

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine (e.g. Shaoxing wine)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp water
