An old sea captain, known as "Captain Mustache," rescues a young Alien Paradai child from being harmed by fearful fishermen. Grateful, the Alien Paradai queen invites the captain to their turtle-shaped undersea spacecraft, treating him to a lavish meal and gifting him a golden pipe. However, the Paradai, angered by human hostility toward their child, decide to punish humanity. Two Paradai aliens merge to form the monstrous King Paradai, a dragon-like kaiju, and begin attacking a seaside town. MAC responds, but their MACCY jets are disabled by King Paradai’s blinding smoke and energy rays. Gen Otori arrives and transforms into Ultraman Leo to confront King Paradai. Initially overwhelmed by the kaiju’s smoke and tail attacks, Leo struggles until he ties King Paradai’s tail in a knot. Ripping off the monster’s horns, Leo uses them as shuriken, and when King Paradai curls into a defensive ball, Leo’s Cross Beam finishes it off. Inspired by the Japanese folktale Urashima Taro, the episode explores themes of kindness, misunderstanding, and interspecies conflict
