Evening exercise might be better for your blood pressure

If you have high blood pressure, you might want to exercise in the evening to better manage it. According to a new study from the American Physiological Society, older patients who exercised in the evening experienced a greater decrease in blood pressure compared to those who exercised in the morning. This evening exercise might reduce the need for blood pressure medication or help it work better.
