8 x QUARANTINE COCKTAILS using YOUR ingredients! #withme

Today's quarantine cocktails are based on the 10 (ish) most common ingredients from 160+ respondents to a questionnaire I ran last week. The ingredients are: VODKA, GIN, WHISKEY, RUM, ORANGE LIQUEUR, LEMON (JUICE), HONEY, MINT, EGG & BITTERS

I added in simple syrup (& soda) as an ingredient as I'm sure everyone has some sugar around the house. I enjoyed putting this together but I looking back, I think I was too focused on doing drinks that HAD NOT been featured on the channel previously.. which gave me a lot less flexibility.

11th most popular was ginger beer/ale followed by carrots - both in close running for a spot!

- 60ml Vodka (2 oz)
- 30ml Lemon Juice (1 oz)
- 22.5ml 1:1 Honey Syrup
- 60ml Soda (2 oz)

VODKA HONEY & MINT SOUR
- 45ml Vodka (1.5 oz)
- 30ml Lemon juice (1 oz)
- 22.5ml Honey syrup (0.75 oz)
- Half an Egg white
- 2-3 Mint leaves
- 1-2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

HONEY BEE
- 60ml Jamaican dark rum (2 oz)
- 22.5ml Honey syrup (0.75 oz)
- 15ml Lemon (0.5 oz)

OUTRIGGER (RUM SIDECAR)
- 60 Aged Rum (2 oz)
- 30 Triple Sec (1 oz)
- 15 Lemon Juice (0.5 oz)

- 22.5ml Orange Curacao (0.75 oz)
- 22.5ml Lime Juice (0.75 oz)
- 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
- 1 Dash of Orange Bitters

BENNETT (GIMLET RIFF)
- 60ml Gin (2 oz)
- 30ml Lime Juice (1 oz)
- 22.5ml Simple Syrup (0.75 oz)
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

TJ SMASH
- 45ml Bourbon (1.5 oz)
- 22.5ml Lemon Juice (0.75 oz)
- 15ml Simple Syrup (0.5 oz)
- 8 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 12 Mint Leaves

GINGER WHISKEY HIGHBALL
- 60ml Bourbon Whiskey (2 oz)
- 90ml Ginger Beer(3 oz)
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
