HAWAIIAN SUNSET
Hailing from Aku Aku, a (since closed) Polynesian Restaurant at the Stardust Hotel in Vegas. The Hawaiian Sunset can also be found in the Smuggler's Cove cocktail book (https://amzn.to/3bW8apC) alongside many well known tiki cocktails - although vodka as the core ingredient is a rarity. Quite a tasty, tropical vodka cocktail.

COCKTAIL CULTURE
A creation of Jim Meehan that is featured in his book, Meehan's Bartender Manual. (https://amzn.to/3sGI2Fm) The Cocktail Culture was inspired by the yeasty, vanilla notes of a local potato vodka (from Woody Creek distillery) which was then paired with a creamy yoghurt. The lactic acid from the dairy is used to balance the sweetness.

CHI CHI
The Chi Chi is essentially a vodka Pina Colada. Vodka is fairly neutral so clean pineapple and coconut flavours are not shadowed. The ratios below were featured in The 12 Bottle Bar book (https://amzn.to/3ixfSYS) - it's fairly heavy on the cream of coconut (or as they refer to is as coconut milk syrup) compared to other recipes which call for half the cream of coconut and up to double the pineapple juice. If you aren't a sweet tooth, opt for the later.

CUCUMBER VODKA GIMLET

The Arnold Palmer is a non-alcoholic beverage created by and named after the golf legend. A simple mix of iced tea and lemonade.
The Boozy Arnold Palmer was created by Lee Zaremba of Swift & Sons Tavern, Chicago. Spiked with vodka with vibrant & floral hibiscus syrup.
