CLEANSE YOUR DERMAROLLER with RUBBING ALCOHOL...Some will also cleanse their skin with rubbing alcohol, this is not a bad thing...my skin cannot handle it...I cleanse my skin without any creams or oils...I use a glycolic wash and that is it...I have in the past~ when doing my deep needle cleansed with alcohol..BE SMART! Some Dermatologist will say yes to Retin A use after treatment, some will say NO...again, a personal decision to make.
