Making T Nuts for the Nichols Mill

In this video I make a set of four T slot nuts for the middle 11/16 slot in the table of the Nichols horizontal mill. You'll see me take a piece of rusty hot rolled steel and run it through the bandsaw and milling machine. You'll see how I do draw-filling, and blueing with Perma-blue, as well as detail on using parallels in the drill press to do step drilling in a semi-production setting.
