How Old is This Vintage Quilt Top and How Should I Quilt It?

Hello, I mentioned in my workroom tour video that I might make a video dedicated to the vintage quilt top that lives on the sofa in my workroom, and here it is.
The quilt top had been stitched together and left in a drawer where I discovered it at a flee market several years ago. So how old is this vintage quilt top and how should I quilt it? I've really enjoyed researching and archiving the fabrics, and choosing sympathetic quilting designs for this gorgeous Welsh quilt. I wanted to share the process with you. I hope you find it as interesting as I did.
