1 1/2 cup of your favorite milk
1 tbsp peanut butter or 1/2 cup yoghurt
Sweet Potato Toast (4:50)
1 sweet potato, sliced 1/3inch thick
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
1 egg
Oat Pancake Base (7:41)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 eggs
Steak and Green Eggs (9:48)
1 cup spinach
3 eggs
350g strip loin steak
