THE BEST COCONUT AND ALMOND HORCHATA | CLAUDIA REGALADO

Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the best and most refreshing coconut horchata, seriously the best!!! I usually like to use rice flour because to me it’s just not as chalky/powdery as using whole rice, (since the rice is already mulled for me 😅) but I know a lot of you had a hard time finding it so here you go, struggle no more, you know I like to show you all how easy and fun cooking is so I really hope you enjoy this super easy and delicious recipe. Keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, this is the way I was taught. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup white rice
1 large cinnamon stick
1 can( 13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 can ( 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cup sliced almonds or (you can replaced it with almond milk)
1 cup sugar
5 1/2 cups water
Cheesecloth ( found in the cooking gadget section)
1 serving of love 💕
