Hatch, NM - Chile Capital of the World
We knew that Hatch was famous for chiles, but we were surprised to find a section of town that was full of old mascots like Big Boy, Ronald McDonald, the A&W family, etc.
The food is great in Hatch as the focus is all about the chile peppers.
