What's up! Today we're trying Olympic runner Emma Coburn's diet and training routine. Emma is an American middle-distance runner who specializes in the 3000m steeplechase. She is a 3 time Olympian, currently in Tokyo, and - as you’ll hopefully see - is a great athlete with a great attitude toward diet and training who is a huge inspiration to me.
