Bacalhau a Brás - Receita Fácil - Portuguese Codfish - Easy to Make

Ingredients
900 grams of codfish
(Boil codfish in pot of water for 7-8 minutes)
Remove any bones and skin from codfish and shred codfish
6 medium potatoes thinly sliced
(Fry potatoes in vegetable oil until lightly golden)
2 medium onions thinly sliced
Parsley chopped ( I used 3 Tablespoons)
3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped or whole)
Black Pepper and Salt for seasoning
1/2 cup of olive oil or enough to cover the sauce pan
5 large eggs (beat the eggs and add salt & pepper seasoning)
Green or black olives for garnish
4-5 servings
Ingredientes

(Cozer o bacalhau numa panela com água durante 7-8 minutos)
Retire as espinhas e a pele do bacalhau e desfie o bacalhau
6 batatas médias cortadas em fatias finas
(Frite as batatas em óleo vegetal até dourar levemente)
2 cebolas médias em fatias finas
Salsa picada (usei 3 colheres de sopa)
3 dentes de alho (picadinhos ou inteiros)
Pimenta preta e sal para temperar
1/2 xícara de azeite ou o suficiente para cobrir a panela
5 ovos grandes (bata os ovos e adicione tempero de sal e pimenta)
Azeitonas verdes ou pretas e salsa picadinha para decorar
4-5 porções
