Saturday Crazy Train Full Body HIIT 8:45AM CST. By popular demand we have 6 blocks of NO LUNGES strength & Cardio HIIT (40 second strength followed by an unloaded 30 second cardio). Each block is a S-C-S-C which we do twice before moving onto our next block. We will finish it off with a 10x2 move loaded to unloaded tabata burnout! Mark and I will both have 15's for this ride! This is our mid -heavy weights!
