North Algonquin Park 5 Day Canoe Camping Loop, With Our Dog, Campsite Search, Longest Portage Ever

Day 3 and 4 of our 5 day canoe camping loop in Algonquin Park with our Golden Retriever Emma. Kiosk , then Mink Lake, Erables Lake, Three Mile Lake and Manitou Lake July 9-13 2021. This video features us searching for a perfect campsite on Three Mile Lake, and doing a complicated bug tarp set up. On day 4 we have amazing egg and bacon breakfast sandwiches and then head out to do our longest portage ever 2.9K. We arrive at Manitou Lake and take a break on the beach, with the most beautiful view in front of us. After being swarmed by horse flies we escape and set off to find our campsite. After checking out 3 different sites, we settle on one and set up camp. We show our dogs sleeping system and how we all fit in the MSR Hubba Hubba NX for two. The Gear we use is a ThermaRest short foam matt and a MEC Youth sleeping bag.
