材料 Ingredients:

1-3人飲 serves 1 - 3 people

150克 五花茶內有: 木棉花、夏枯草、綿茵陳、雞蛋花、金銀花、菊花
150g prepackaged Chinese herbal tea containing: Silk cotton, Selfheal spike, Artemisia capillaris, Frangipani, Japanese honeysuckle, Chrysanthemum

30-35克片糖
30-35g Cane sugar

4-5人飲可以加 serves 4-5 people you may add:

9克金銀花 9g Japanese honeysuckle
9克菊花 9g Chrysanthemum
夏枯草15克 15g Selfheal spike
