兩粒瑤柱乾(二十克)2 conpoy (20g)
乾紅豆五十克 50g Azuki beans
冬菇乾二十克 20g Shiitake mushrooms
紅棗二十克 20g Jujube red dates
果皮一片(約一克)1 slice of tangerine peel (1g)
豬骨六百克 600g pork bones
蓮藕六百克 600g lotus roots
清水四公升 4Litre water
*轉素湯,100-200g 腰果 *Vegetarian option: 100-200g cashew nuts
