In this recipe video of Soya Rice which is 100% vegetarian recipe which is very easy to prepare. Vegetarian protein sources are not complete protein except Soy. Fitness Expert combines rice which is a grain with peanuts which is a legume to make it complete protein.

Grains like rice has very low amino acid profile of LYSINE. Legumes like beans, peanuts are rich in LYSINE but low in Methionine. By combining grains & legumes makes a complete protein. Complete protein comprises of 20 amino acids.

Nutrition and proper rest are the key during this intense program. Fitness Expert Amit also covers what to if someone can't afford or don't want to use supplements.
