Margarita Masterclass!!

We learnt how to make the perfect margarita and did a gin tasting at @wolf_lane_distillery just before catching a flight. It was pretty hilarious.
Right! Here is the recipe for the PERFECT MARGARITA 💃

CLASSIC MARGARITA
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
15-30 ml Cointreau or flavoured gin
30- 45 ml tequila

Add some local flavours-

Mango Jalapeño
2-3 slices pickled jalapeño
1 tbsp jalapeño pickle juice
30 ml mango purée

Kokum Watermelon
1-2 tbsp Kokum sherbet (sweetened)
30 ml watermelon juice

Tamarind
2 tsp tamarind purée
1 tsp date syrup

And if you are like me and prefer gin to tequila, just swap the tequila out for gin 😂😂
