Hi, My name is Fer Keep in mind that calisthenics will not only get you your dream body but it will also play a major role in different aspects of your life! As a skinny guy I couldn’t even imagine doing public speeches, I was very insecure I had difficulties in establishing new relationships, picking up girls and so on.. Calisthenics transformed me, helped me achieve confidence and made me start living a happy life!

There is an endless amount of practice rehearsal and training, that must go on behind the scenes in order for you to perform at your highest level. You can try and find a short cut, a hack or a system.

But at the end of the day, nothing beats a man or woman who is committed to the development and constant improvement of their craft or calling.

Consistent hard work and years of
dedication is what ultimately creates a MASTER Someone whose skill set, art work and competence cuts through the sea of mediocrity and touches the soul of another.

Working smarter, is something that only comes once you have become competent in your chosen discipline. Your level of influence and significance will be tied to your level of competence and mastery of your craft.
