Here is a great recipe for vegan roasted capsicum and red lentil sausages using our Misty Gully Size 23mm Vegan Sausage Casings. These sausages were surprisingly easy to make and super tasty. We loved the taste of the vegan sausage casings and liked experimenting with some new ingredients!
