I only ate potatoes for a week

I only ate potatoes for a week ! On this week, I gave myself a challenge of eating only potatoes for a week! I've never ate just one food for a day so a week was for sure interesting. I've seen other people do this and thought I'd give it a shot!
The rules were : the potatoes had to be boiled, baked or pressure cooked. Note that I microwave cooked two of my meals on the first day but that was it. So hope you enjoy seeing me go through this!
