WHAT I EAT IN A DAY | WORKOUT VLOG

Hi everyone! A what I eat in a day/workout vlog for you to watch! Just a reminder, this isn’t an example of what I eat exactly every day, it’s just a little insight! I was a bit all over the place the day I filmed this, so I apologise for that! Nonetheless, I hope you guys enjoyed it! Let me know in the comments section if you like these kind of videos!

Banded workout:
1 circuit = Perform each exercise for 1 minute back to back. 30 seconds rest between each round/circuit.

Circuit 1: X4
Lateral step with squat (side to side)
Standing kick backs (Left leg)
standing kick backs (Right leg)
In out squats
Seated abductions (with heels off the floor)
Rest for 30 seconds and repeat this circuit 3 more times

Circuit 2:
Lying lateral pulses (Leg leg)
Lying lateral leg raises (Leg leg)
Lying lateral leg circles (no band) (Leg leg)
All of the above with Right leg
Donkey kicks (Leg leg)
Kick back pulses (Leg leg)
Repeat both above exercises on Right leg
Rest for 30 seconds and repeat circuit 3 more times
