How I grow my GLUTES | WORKOUT with me | millyg_fit/amelia goldsmith

A detailed real time workout video to show you guys a snippet of what my current workouts look like! As I said, I do full body workouts but with a focus on the glutes. Let me know if you try it out! I hope my tips and any information that I give in this video is useful for ya!

Glute Activation
1. Leg Press (12-15 reps X 3 sets)
2. Squats (8-10 reps X 3 sets)
3. Drop set Romanian Deadlift aka 'RDLs' (8 reps X 2 sets)
4. Plié Squat SS with Cable abductions (12 reps X 3 sets)
5. Lat Pull Downs SS with Cable Lateral Raises (12 reps X 3 sets)
