Mango Bravo - mysweetambitions
HI guys today I will be sharing my take on Mango Bravo its a long process so I hope that I somehow made a very clear instructions on how to make it.
My name is Pamela aka MYsweetambitions, I am a stay at home mum raising two cute hyperactive kids :D I love to bake and I love to discover recipe, If I can't find a recipe online I usually create them. For the Meringue
10 eggwhites
1 cup sugar
1 cup of cashew that been process 1/2 cup will go in the meringue and half will go for finishing touches
1 tsp of cream of tartar.
For the mousse ( again I will give the half recipe since the recipe I use is to much for the cake )
100 g dark chocolate
150 ml of cream (whipping cream or thickened cream )
1/8 cup of sugar
For the stabilised whipped cream
4 cups whipping cream
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla
16 tsp water
4 tsp gelatin
For the mangoes you will need about 3-4 mangoes it depends really
