Is THIS the LOWEST UK railway bridge?

After filming the very low Bishton Road Railway Bridge near Newport in Wales, I didn't think you could get any lower than its 5' 6" (1.7m) clearance. Then a few people commented saying there was a lower bridge at Coppermill Lane in Walthamstow, London, so I went to take a look. Sure enough, there was indeed a VERY low bridge at just 5 foot or 1.5 metres which appeared to be only used by pedestrians and cyclists, until a car unexpectedly passed under too! There were no trains running this day due to engineering works so we can't hear if this bridge has 'creepy' harmonics or not ;)

One cyclist demonstrates how low this bridge is by accidentally bumping his head while riding underneath!
