I hope you had a good night of sleep. Because sleep is necessary to maintain mental and physical health. Here are some tips to improve your nightly rest:
- Maintain a consistent sleeping schedule. Go to bed and get up each day at the same time. This also includes weekends.
- Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature.
- 1-2 hours before you go to bed, you should avoid electronic devices with blue lights. Like TVs, computers, and smart phones.
- Avoid having a large meals, caffeine, or alcohol 1-2 hours before bedtime
- And make sure to get sufficient exercise.
