Money can buy happiness! - Medical Myths

Did you ever wonder if money can buy happy?
The answer is yes and no.

Feeling happy can be partially contributed to the hormone dopamine. Your body releases it when you are exercising, eating or making love. Dopamine makes you happy or even euphoric, but it only lasts a short while.

Researched showed us the same is true for happiness coming from material possession or instagram likes. However, in this research owners of luxury cars were not happier on their last ride than owners of a cheap car. This happiness subsides quickly.

On the other hand if you invest your money in experiences, like holidays and diners, you receive happy memories, which only seem to improve over time.
