Today I am going to make a curry using a medicinal fruit (soursop fruit-srilankan calling name: "anoda" ) . It is a fruit but we also can make a tasty curry using it.
Ripe soursop is a delicious fruit and its full with flavor (combination of strawberries and apple with sour citrus )and high in nutrition (specially good for cancer patients ). And The aroma similar to pineapple . We can make a really tasty fruit juice using ripe soursop.
And unripe tender soursop curry taste like in between baby jackfruit curry and bread fruit curry. And the soursop is a really good specially for cancer patients.
