දෙල් කියන්නේ කොස් වගේම අපි ගොඩක් දෙනෙක් කන්න කැමති රස කෑමක්.කිරට මිරිසට තෙලට සැරට පැණිරසට කල්තියාගන්න,ඕනම විදිහකට රස විදින්න පුලුවන් කෑමක් තමයි මේ
අද අපේ කුස්සියේ දෙල් වලින් රසවත් කෑම කිහිපයක්ම පිළියල කරනවා,කුඩා ළමුන් නම් මේ රස වලට ගොඩක් කැමති වෙයි.
ඒ වගේම විශේෂයෙන් කියන්න ඕනෑ අද පිළියල කරන හරිම රසවත් වගේම වස විස වලින් තොරයි. අද මම දෙල් තම්බන්නේ හුමාලයෙන්,ඒකට හේතුව වතුරට දාලා තම්බනකොට ගොඩක් වෙලාවට මෙරි වෙනවා,සැර දෙල්බෝල වලට ගොඩක් හොදයි හුමාලයෙන් තම්බලා ගන්න එක.මෙහි එන වට්ටෝරු පිළිබද ඕනෑම ගැටලුවක් අපෙන් අහන්න අපි නිසැකයෙන් ඒ ගැටලු වලට පිලිතුර දෙනවා.ලබන දෙල් වාරේ තවත් රස කෑම ගොඩක් හදමු.

Breadfruit is a delicacy dish that many of us like to eat and it is similar to jackfruit.There are so many ways we can make breadfruit such as Breadfruit curry ,breadfruit tempered , and specially sweet breadfruit that we can store for couple of weeks. Today we prepare some delicious dishes from breadfruit in our kitchen and little kids will love these flavors.
And I want to share something important about breadfruit is when we are cooking breadfruit we can use steam to cook it instead of boiling. It will help to minimize the moisture. Steamed breadfruit will give amaizing flavor to spicy cuttlets.
And it should be noted that these breadfruit which i am using in this video is really organic and free from toxins.
