This automatic polishing machine feeds thin stainless steel parts through synchronized abrasive belts operating on both sides simultaneously. Stable conveyor speed, controlled belt tension, and continuous abrasive contact help maintain uniform edge quality across repeated production cycles.

Unlike rigid grinding discs, flexible sanding belts distribute pressure more evenly over the metal surface. Belt systems operating around 15–25 m/s reduce localized heat buildup, which helps prevent discoloration and surface distortion on thinner stainless sheets.
