[懶人廚房 – Lazy Kitchen] 香港懷舊糕點 – 香蕉糕 / Hong Kong Traditional Banana Mochi Roll (Eng sub)
這真是一個奶奶級的小吃. 好懷舊的香港糕點. 好多年沒吃過了. 有興趣的朋友可以試著做一下呀, 不要讓這些傳統糕點失傳.
It is really a grandma level snack. A traditional Hong Kong style snack. Haven’t had it for some years. Please try making it! It’s yummy!

材料 Ingredients:
糯米粉 – 75g – glutinous rice flour
粘米粉 – 35g – rice flour
糖 – 35g – sugar
油 – ½ tbsp. - oil
水 – 55g - water
香蕉 – 1 - banana
