a very relaxing NIGHT ROUTINE 🌙 to Feel Well Rested & Get The Best Sleep 😴
This is my PRODUCTIVE & HEALTHY NIGHT ROUTINE for college students | SPRING 2019 EDITION 🌸 A relaxing and mindful NIGHT TIME ROUTINE includes COOKING, SKINCARE, GRATITUDE, YOGA, READING & MORE! ⤵️OPEN ME for product details and more ⤵️
The whole night routines usually take me around 3 hours. Nothing feels better than unwinding at the end of the day with yoga, meditation, a good book and gratitude journal. How you end a day plays such a vital role in waking up feeling good and energized the next day!
Some tips: I highly recommend limiting using your phone or any electronics at least an hour before bedtime. Or like me, if you have to use them, remember to use f.lux on your computer or Night Shift setting on your phone to eliminate the blue light, which is really bad for your eyes and suppress your melatonin (a sleep hormone) production.
