I kept putting off editing and publishing this video cause I was so afraid of what people might think, what YOU might think of me.

I don’t know, I don’t want to be the person who always cry on camera, but at the same time this is a part of me and there’s no way I could talk about the topic of insecurity and self-worth without tearing up, it’s truly uncontrollable. It’s a topic that always trigger me because I’ve struggled with it all my life.

In a way, I’m living with it and trying my best to make peace with my struggle, trying my best to pull myself out of the occasional depression I feel on a bad day. You may notice these past few weeks (since after releasing the 50 outfits video) I started to have longer breaks in between releasing new videos, tbh I don’t really know why, but honestly it’s been hard for me to sit down, film and edit a video. I think I might go through that phase again when my mental health is a little bit out of balance and I become really emotional for no particular reasons.

Self-doubts, insecurity, struggles with my self worth, everything that I thought I’ve overcome just seemed to come rushing back.

Sometimes I feel so afraid to put myself out there, to be vulnerable, to share so much of my struggles online, and at times I even questioned if everything I’m doing is worth it, if everything I’m doing is helping me in any type of way.

I don’t really have an answer for this, and I recognize that I may never have the answer for everything. I may always have struggles, I may sometimes fall into that black hole of self-doubts and insecurity again, but I know that I’m strong enough to deal with it and get over it when it happens, and do it again and again (and again) when the cycle repeats itself.

I hope that this video comes at a right time and may help you in any type of way. If you’re feeling low, I’m with you, you’re not alone. You’re NEVER alone. I hope that you can feel the sincerity of my heart and my love for you when watching this video.

I truly believe that we are all equally beautiful. There is no one type of beauty that is better than the others. You are beautiful just because you are YOU, because you have a uniqueness that no one else in the world can imitate or take away from you.
