Leg Press Narrow Stance - Thighs Exercise

(Starting Position)

Sit down on the machine and place your feet close to each other at the center of the platform. Your feet and knees should be aligned and pointing slightly out. Stabilize your position by holding both handles.

Next, straighten your legs to raise the platform and then unlock the safety bars. Continue to raise the platform until your legs are extended.

Keep your lower back and glutes pressed against the bench throughout this exercise. This is the starting position.

(First movement)

Inhale as you slowly lower the platform until your knees are bent at around 90 degrees.

(Second Movement)

Now, exhale as you use your leg muscles to press the platform back up to the starting position. Tightly contract your leg muscles at the top of the movement.

Hold the contraction for a moment, and then repeat the movements until you have completed all of your reps.

When you are done, relock the safety bars before carefully leaving the machine.
